Combination Drills

What to Expect

60-Minute Classes

Structured warm-up, technique drilling, combination work, pad rounds, conditioning, and cool-down — all in one efficient hour.

All Fitness Levels Welcome

Our coaches scale intensity and technique for everyone, from first-timers to experienced martial artists training side by side.

Ages 16+

Open to all adults and older teens aged 16 and up. Train alongside a motivated, welcoming community of strikers.

Gear: Hand Wraps & Gloves

Bring hand wraps and boxing gloves if you have them. Loaner gloves are available on-site so nothing stops you from your first class.
